  1. "UNMACIT.EXE: UNSIT and UNHQX for Windows to handle Mac files under Windows"

  3. unsit can decompress SIT archives which can be identified
  4.       by a filename of *.sit
  5. unhqx can translate BinHexed files, often identified by
  6.       a filename of *.hqx
  7.  
  8. *.cpt are created by Compactor, I don┤t have a solution for
  9. this format under UN*X or under Windows.

  11. These two utilites are a quick hack I made using various
  12. UN*X and MAC sources. Both have been compiled with MS-QuickC
  13. so that they run in a Window, but they have no cute visual
  14. interface.
  15. Both apps worked ok for me, maybe they┤ll work for you too.

  17. You may distribute UNSIT and UNHQX freely if you don not
  18. charge any money for them.
